Custom Plus employs people who are comfortable lifting and carrying large items, standing atop ladders or roofs, and spending the majority of the day in the sun. Potential employees must be hard workers, quick-learners, be willing and able to drive, must have a clean Criminal and Driving Record, and must comply with Custom Plus's drug and alcohol policies.

Employees generally work from 7:00 am-5:30 pm on a Monday-through-Friday basis and are paid bi-weekly. In case of inclement weather, the Owner will notify all employees of cancellation as soon as possible.

In order to apply, potential employees must personally deliver – not mail – their application to the Custom Plus office at 3663 Admiral Peary Highway, in Ebensburg, PA. In some cases, interviews will be held immediately at the time of delivery of the Application.

Custom Plus has the right to deny employment to those not in compliance with their policies (regarding drugs, alcohol, driving, etc.).

Custom Plus also has the right to perform Drug Tests for any reason, including the request of a Parent or Legal Guardian.
